Our client is a 5

Resort with several yachts / boats. The resort offers a large selection of cruises, water sports and activities.

Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location, the area is world famous for its underwater world.

This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or hospitality management

Experience in similar position in a 5

hotel

Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment

Very strong on accounting software

Ability to creatively execute strategies and drive results

Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others

Effective decision-making skills, effective influence skills and good negotiation skills

Strategic planning skills; ability to translate financial concepts into actionable business strategies and tactics

Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills and result oriented

Strong presentation skills

Excellent English both spoken and written

Energetic, hands-on and motivated

Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude

Great personality and a positive attitude

Strong ability to work under pressure

Leads by example

Competent trainer
