Cruise Director Wanted for Liveaboard in Raja Ampat and Komodo

We are seeking a dedicated Cruise Director for our liveaboard operations in Raja Ampat and Komodo. Interested candidates should email their CV and cover letter to .

Position Details :

  • Full-time, on-site role aboard La Galigo Liveaboard
  • Responsibilities include overseeing daily onboard operations, activities, guest entertainment, and acting as a liaison to ensure excellent hospitality
  • Work closely with the crew and captain to create memorable experiences for guests

Candidate Requirements :

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesian
  • Certified Dive Professional, Open Water Instructor or higher PADI certification
  • Extensive knowledge of dive sites throughout Eastern Indonesia
  • Strong customer service and crew management skills
  • Friendly, likable, and capable of providing 5-star customer service
  • Excellent underwater videography and photography skills
  • Basic technical knowledge of liveaboard engine rooms

    • What We Offer :

  • One-year contract, renewable upon successful completion
  • KITAS / IMTA work and residence permits valid for one year
