Segment : All B2B segments in Central Sumatera

Responsibilities

  • Provide ICT Solution and Design of Indosat’s service for enterprise customers as follows :
  • Solution architect for ICT infrastructure, Network, and IoT solutions.
  • Assist sales team in assessing customers’ technical requirements.
  • Create technical solution designs and cost analyses as references for sales offerings and implementation processes.
  • Ensure that the technical solutions & designs are valid and implementable.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Presales or Solution Architect, with a proven track record.
  • Experience in ICT Solution Provider / System Integrator / ICT Principal companies.
  • University degree in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields.
  • Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
  • Ability to work independently using initiative and judgment.
  • Flexible and adaptable under pressure, capable of meeting short and long-term deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills to translate customer requirements into matching products & solutions.
  • Willing to be placed in Batam.

    • Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to design ICT Infrastructure (servers, storage, firewalls, networks) and Telco (Connectivity, Internet, M2M).
  • Expertise in Cloud, IoT, and Application is a plus.
  • Ability to manage enterprise service projects.

    • Business Acumen

  • Understanding of the Market Segment of Enterprise Service.
  • Knowledge of basic business calculations.

    • Communication Skills

  • Proficient in Bahasa and English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
