Job Summary

This role is responsible for achieving sales objectives, increasing market share growth of the product line, and representing and promoting the company within the specified activity.

Location : Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and deliver high customer service to existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct presentations and detail product information to doctors, practice staff, nurses, hospital doctors, or pharmacists.
  • Plan work schedules for visits on a weekly and monthly basis and produce reports.
  • Attend company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings regularly.
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitor products.
  • Work with team managers to plan contact approaches and create effective business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure, especially during crises.
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues; strong medical communication skills.

  • External : Doctors, hospitals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors.
  • Internal : Marketing team, marketing coordinators, medical team.
