The Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (Operations) in Indonesia to oversee the behind-the-scenes processes that keep our influencer campaigns running efficiently. This role combines campaign coordination, workflow optimization, and team support — ideal for someone who thrives on organization and enjoys improving how things get done.
What You’ll Do
Manage the operational side of influencer marketing campaigns — from planning to delivery.
Ensure campaign timelines, deliverables, and communications are well-structured and on track.
Support influencer managers and coordinators with project organization, reporting, and follow-ups.
Streamline internal workflows, tools, and processes to improve campaign execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (talent, performance, client success) to align on priorities and deliverables.
Help identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or campaign operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating across teams.
Comfortable using project management tools, CRMs, and performance dashboards.
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and supporting team success.
