Job descriptionDevelop and implement tax strategies that align with the company’s financial and business goals. Evaluate and minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Advise senior leadership on tax implications of business decisions, M&A activities, and international operations. Lead efforts to resolve tax‑related disputes and audits with regulatory authorities. Monitor changes in tax legislation and update policies and procedures accordingly. Ensure robust documentation and compliance with transfer pricing regulations. Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering continuous learning and development. Coordinate with external advisors and consultants to handle specialized or complex tax matters. Partner with finance, legal, and operational teams to support accurate financial planning and forecasting. Provide training and guidance on tax‑related issues to non‑tax teams. Expertised in local and international tax laws, transfer pricing, and indirect tax compliance. Experienced with tax software and ERP systems. Deep understanding of corporate tax regulations and international tax treaties. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Strong management skills, at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in consulting field is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Tax Compliance and Reporting
- Oversee accurate preparation and timely submission of all tax filings, including income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits of tax filings to mitigate risks and rectify discrepancies.
