As a Business Executive managing the Malang area at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in executing all marketing-related strategies, objectives, and activities to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and effectively implement processes and strategies within your area of responsibility. You will balance the demands of multiple internal and external customers while achieving a high ROI on sales resources.

Your key responsibilities include :

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing plans and roadmaps for both existing and new products.
  • Crafting innovative marketing strategies aligned with company guidelines and relevant legislation to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Conducting field visits alongside Sales Representatives and Area Sales Managers to gather feedback on ongoing campaigns and market dynamics.
  • Building a pipeline of Key Opinion Leaders focused on hospital care disciplines.
  • Developing local health economics models and leveraging clinical studies to support industry standards and drive market conversion.

What you will bring to the team :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within the hospital care domain.
  • A healthcare industry or scientific background would be a plus.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
