  • Provide support to in-house clients by coordinating and assisting with introductions, follow-up requests, and quotations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations for both internal and external customers; maintain a quote log.
  • Submit electronic bids (e-bids) through the system.
  • Organize and maintain sales literature and documentation.
  • Maintain and update customer quotation data.
  • Act as the main point of contact for in-house clients as directed by the Country Manager or through interactions with Crane’s global network of offices and agents.
  • Coordinate sales efforts internally with overseas offices, operations, customer service, and the finance department.
  • Monitor new market opportunities through media and press releases.
  • Assist Country Manager in planning customer office visits.
  • Create and manage a client database on the shared drive, including (but not limited to) customer profiles, account activities, SOPs, customer setup documents, and proposals.
  • Research and analyze company data to track target account progress and / or growth regularly, and report findings to management.
  • Work directly with Clients, Sales Support, and Operations to draft SOPs during the transition and implementation of new business.
  • Collaborate with Clients, Sales Support, and Operations to implement pricing and processes that ensure a smooth transition from sale to operations.
  • Assist Clients, Sales Support, and Operations in establishing KPIs, reporting tools, and customer web platforms tailored to specific client needs.
  • Follow up with Clients, Sales Support, and Operations to ensure successful implementation.
  • Support the creation and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) objectives for the Operations Department.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with customer safety regulations and Indonesian law.
