Provide support to in-house clients by coordinating and assisting with introductions, follow-up requests, and quotations.
Prepare and submit quotations for both internal and external customers; maintain a quote log.
Submit electronic bids (e-bids) through the system.
Organize and maintain sales literature and documentation.
Maintain and update customer quotation data.
Act as the main point of contact for in-house clients as directed by the Country Manager or through interactions with Crane’s global network of offices and agents.
Coordinate sales efforts internally with overseas offices, operations, customer service, and the finance department.
Monitor new market opportunities through media and press releases.
Assist Country Manager in planning customer office visits.
Create and manage a client database on the shared drive, including (but not limited to) customer profiles, account activities, SOPs, customer setup documents, and proposals.
Research and analyze company data to track target account progress and / or growth regularly, and report findings to management.
Work directly with Clients, Sales Support, and Operations to draft SOPs during the transition and implementation of new business.
Collaborate with Clients, Sales Support, and Operations to implement pricing and processes that ensure a smooth transition from sale to operations.
Assist Clients, Sales Support, and Operations in establishing KPIs, reporting tools, and customer web platforms tailored to specific client needs.
Follow up with Clients, Sales Support, and Operations to ensure successful implementation.
Support the creation and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) objectives for the Operations Department.
Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with customer safety regulations and Indonesian law.
