We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to own demand across GrowthX entities — GrowthOS, AI-Led Growth (ALG), CheckThat, and more to be announced.
Core Focus
- Demand Generation : Design and execute campaigns that drive awareness and qualified leads across our products and community.
 - Acquisition Loops : Build repeatable systems that connect our content, events, and partnerships into a self-sustaining flywheel.
 - Brand & Positioning : Define and scale GrowthX’s voice across channels — becoming the reference point for “AI-led growth.”
 - Funnel Optimization : Own the customer journey from first touch to activation across website, newsletter, and community entry points.
 - Cross-Entity Collaboration : Partner with leaders across GrowthOS, CheckThat, and ALG to align messaging, launches, and GTM programs.
 - Infrastructure : Lead building the tooling, analytics, and connective tissue of our GTM function.
 
Day-to-Day Expectations
30% – Campaigns : Plan, execute, and measure campaigns that drive awareness and signups for community, events, and GrowthOS.25% – Content & Messaging : Oversee editorial strategy, SEO / AEO content programs, and distribution tactics.20% – Funnel Operations : Manage marketing automation, lead routing, analytics, and conversion workflows.15% – Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Community, and Sales to align messaging and track shared outcomes.10% – Brand Development : Build GrowthX’s presence across owned channels, thought leadership, and events.You’re a Fit If You
Have 6+ years of experience in marketing or demand roles, ideally within SaaS, AI, or B2B tech.Have run demand gen or full-funnel marketing programs that drove measurable ARR.Think in systems and loops — how one program feeds the next.Can lead strategy and also execute when needed.Are fluent in content-driven strategy — SEO, newsletters, social, partnerships, and events.Are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple brands or products.Have experience working with AI or automation tools in marketing workflows.Bonus Points
