Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing Food & Beverage company that is revolutionizing the industry with innovative products and a commitment to excellence. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and growth of the company.

Responsibilities : 1.

  • Financial Strategy and Planning :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

  • Fundraising and Capital Management :
  • Leverage a strong background in fundraising to source and secure capital for the company's growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and negotiate financing options, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.

  • IPO Preparation and Execution :
  • Lead the preparation and execution of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.
  • Collaborate with legal, accounting, and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and present financial information for roadshows and investor presentations.

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance :
  • Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting :
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and financial integrity.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the finance department.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Successful track record in fundraising and taking a company public (IPO).
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving financial performance and business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
