As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you design, implement, and maintain software systems that accomplish a given goal. You discover requirements and guide other engineers collaborating in an area and do exemplary work on complicated problems.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to architectural decision-making for the Frontend, ensuring its scalability and alignment with the company\'s technical vision and strategy.
• Review and provide feedback on coworker changes.
• Design and develop software systems to accomplish goals, and write code comments, change descriptions, and documentation to assist others in maintaining the work.
• Design testing approaches that validate complex systems.
• Investigate issues to root causes and design better solutions; learn from operational incidents and implement long-term mitigations.
• Train and mentor less experienced engineers and set the direction for other engineers.
• Initiate new projects and break ground on new initiatives.
• Discover requirements by working with PMs and stakeholders.
• Support team leadership as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
