Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business, creating sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, providing tailored solutions, and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and client relationship management
• Skills in creating sales strategies and business development
• Proficiency in maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and solution-providing skills
• Knowledge in technology services and products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
