Overview

Field HVAC Engineer with 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse technical drawings, specifications and provided BoQ to ensure all required documents and information are complete and correct.
• Installation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC system installations (ducting, piping, insulation, equipment).
• Coordinate with the scheduler to produce construction schedules.
• Support the procurement process through to PO issuance, coordinating with procurement to ensure correct material is purchased.
• Develop value engineering proposals based on consultant designs to optimize project costs (if needed).
• Prepare estimates for construction quantities : manpower, materials (specifications), tools & equipment, material mobilization, etc., based on specifications, drawings, and other materials for HVAC installation works.
• Prepare maintenance and operational reports.
