Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience are welcome Knowledge of glue applicators Understanding of packaging and labelling machinery, including maintenance skills Proficiency in PC skills, including office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation Preferred (can be developed after joining through a development plan and training) : - Capability to handle applications across our division (Personal Hygiene, Tobacco, Sports & Fashion) Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares Outpatient medical coverage for employees and eligible dependents Life, Hospital, Personal Accident Insurance Coverage DPLK (Financial Institution Pension Fund) Annual Physical Examination
About this Position
Executes engineering tasks based on defined designs and specifications, collaborates with external contractors to ensure quality delivery, sets up and calibrates complex manufacturing equipment, and drives process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.

- Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications
- Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
- Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization
