Role Description : This is a full‑time on-site role for a Site Engineer, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day construction site activities, ensuring quality control, and managing structural engineering tasks. The role involves collaborating with civil engineers, coordinating with various teams on‑site, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Requirements : Physically fit and good medical record; Diploma / Bachelor in engineering (machinery, electrical or physical); Minimum 3 years in Mechanical Electrical Air Conditioning Contractors (Data Center preferred); Familiar with 2D and 3D Application Program (Auto CAD and Sketch Up); No history of asthma; Domiciled in JABODETABEK.
• Specific abilities / skills required : Good communication, presentation and problem solving skill; Able to work in a team and meet tight deadlines; Customer‑oriented; Highly self‑motivated with good attitude, professionalism and integrity; Proactive in resolving technical & coordination issues; AutoCAD & BIM Revit skill; Strong personality, enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to cooperate effectively with other team members and leader; Will be placed in the field of our new site around Indonesia.

Telecom Installation Engineer

1) Supervise and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors during equipment installation and site civil works.

2) Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is performed as per approved drawings and standards.

3) Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to installation teams.

4) Oversee installation of telecom equipment such as BTS, RRU, antennas, transmission systems, and power systems.

5) Support commissioning activities by coordinating with RF engineers, integration teams, and vendors.

6) Maintain accurate site records, installation logs, and progress reports.

7) Prepare daily / weekly site status updates and escalate issues promptly to project management.

8) Facilitate site access, permits, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Compensation

Jakarta, Jakarta – IDR 9 000 000 to IDR 12 000 000. PT I Bel — Y PT Excel Kreasi.
