The job in a nutshell
As a Senior Designer (Growth Marketing) at TestGorilla, you’ll be the driving force behind our creative endeavors, setting the bar high for design excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft visually compelling content, videos, and campaigns tailored to our audience, while upholding our brand integrity and pushing the boundaries of design innovation.
You’ll spend time on the following
Leading brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ad concepts and campaign ideasDesigning and refining landing pages to optimize conversion rates and user engagementActing as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and integrity across all designsSetting and enforcing high standards for design production and qualityLeading initiatives to streamline blog production workflows and maintain delivery consistencyCollaborating with leadership and other departments to provide strategic design inputEffectively managing multiple complex projects, anticipating and resolving potential challengesDriving design innovation and advocating for the integration of AI technologiesUnderstanding our products / services and market positioningShaping marketing strategies and aligning design efforts with business objectivesCultivating a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvementEngaging in ongoing learning and development, staying ahead of industry advancements, and mentoring junior team membersHere’s what we are looking for
Proficiency in video production and editing for paid adsProficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout with attention to detailExcellent communication skills to articulate concepts and collaborate cross-functionallyStrong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPassion for staying updated on design trends, technology, and industry innovationsAbility to thrive in a collaborative team while being self-motivated and proactivePositive attitude, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learningProven track record of successful display and video campaigns on paid channelsHTML5 skillsWe typically expect candidates with at least 7 years of experience as a designer in a marketing or advertising agency, with a strong portfolio across digital platforms.
