Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our client, a leading company in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded and balanced, both manually and using Excel.
• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Handle tax-related matters including reporting and compliance in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation and support for all financial transactions.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and adhered to.
• Provide regular financial insights and reports to management for decision-making purposes.
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.
