Aujourd’hui, on cherche un.e Social Media Manager stratégique pour incarner cette vision à travers une présence digitale cohérente, percutante et magnétique.
Ta mission
Être la tête stratégique du contenu digital.
Pas un exécutant. Un cerveau affûté, une plume précise, un œil stratégique.
Tu seras en charge de :
Traduire la vision en contenus puissants (posts, stories, newsletters, scripts, etc.)
Créer un calendrier éditorial clair, cohérent et impactant
Déployer une ligne éditoriale alignée à notre positionnement haut de gamme
Optimiser les performances via l’analyse de données
Participer activement à la croissance de la marque et de notre programme phare
Ce qu’on attend de toi
Tu es fait.e pour cette mission si :
Tu penses contenu en continu (formes, formats, angles, hooks)
Tu es stratégique, rapide, structuré·e
Tu maîtrises les bases de Canva ou d’un outil visuel similaire
Tu comprends les mécaniques du scaling, du personal branding et de la conversion
Tu es force de proposition : tu n’attends pas qu’on te dise quoi faire
Tu veux t’impliquer dans un projet qui compte
Tes super-pouvoirs
Tu écris du contenu qui fait lire, cliquer, agir
Tu crées une présence qui capte l’attention et respecte une cohérence de marque
Tu sais piloter un calendrier éditorial, gérer les deadlines et les relances
Tu maîtrises les bases de l’analyse de performance et les indicateurs clés
Tu es à l’aise en anglais (la majorité des références business sont internationales)
