Responsibilities
Gathering and analysing market information for new projects, opportunities and industry trends and competitive landscape.
Expanding our global footprint within the environmental sector, taking the lead in key priority markets including (coastal) flood risk and protection, nature-based solutions, ecosystem conservation and restoration, plus marine spatial planning.
Shaping strategies and leading Climate and Nature initiative development within cross-regional team.
Create and implement a scalable Geo-data value proposition tailored for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) market.
Strategic planning in developing the pipeline of new businesses and market opportunities coming into Fugro.
Working closely with the Service Line Teams to share information and leverage key contacts and relationships.
Coordinating with the relevant Key Account Managers to align the Global and regional strategy.
Communicating with the relevant Global teams on priority solutions (ie. Climate & Nature, Remote operations, UXO, etc.) for Fugro’s business development initiatives.
Working with the Commercial team to develop proposals that are targeted to address client’s needs.
Development of the Fugro sales strategies for the market, to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Represent Fugro at industry events to generate leads.
Maintains the sales funnel and CRM management processes and systems.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
Minimum 5 years’ proven technical sales / business development expertise within the Subsea and / or Offshore Wind industry
Willingness to travel on a regular basis within Asia
Excellent listening and presentation skills
Solid analytical abilities
Great team player
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
