Overview
- Creating & Managing Master Production Schedule
- Managing capacity planning based on manpower availability, materials, and delivery
- Calculating and optimizing destination load plans
- Managing and tracking inventory deployment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce lead times
