Job description

What you will do :

Supervise teams in Sahabat Jiva establishment and credit management selected regions.
Supervise commodity procurement & trading in the regions to ensure the desired quantity and quality are met.
Ensure commodity procurement meets SLAs and Jiva process requirements.
Supervise the sales of agri-inputs to farmers.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree, preferably in agriculture background.

Minimum of 1 year experience as a sales supervisor in the agriculture industry.

Having experience in credit management & recovery.

Willing to mobile frequently for field work and owned a motorcycle.

Proficient in English (speaking and writing).

Willing to be placed in all Central Java areas.
