What You’ll Be Doing

• Solution Development : Build and enhance internal tools using TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Database Management : Troubleshoot and optimize MongoDB databases.
• Automation & Workflows : Automate tasks and integrate systems using Retool, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• System Support : Provide Linux-based troubleshooting and support for infrastructure issues.
• Data Analysis : Leverage advanced spreadsheet functions (Google Sheets, Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
• Business Intelligence : Design and manage dashboards and reports using Looker, Google Data Studio, or BI tools like PowerBI / Metabase.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges.
