Business Strategy Manager (FMCG)

Overview

This position is based in our Bandung Office and offered under a 6-month contract arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute contingency business development strategies to close revenue gaps.
• Assess ongoing general trade initiatives, monitor performance, and propose corrective actions where needed.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within general trade (e.g., channel expansion, partnerships, tactical programs) to strengthen performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain) to align on execution plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and other stakeholders to accelerate opportunity realization.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on initiative progress, risks, and business opportunities.
• Monitor business performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for long-term growth.
