Overview
As the 2D Designer Manager , you will be at the forefront of how our brand is visually represented in physical retail spaces. You will manage the end-to-end creation of point-of-sale materials and in-store visuals that not only attract attention but also drive engagement and conversions.
Working closely with the production, visual merchandising, and commercial teams, you will lead the development of strategic design solutions that are visually impactful, aligned with brand standards, and tailored for diverse retail environments—from beauty counters to department stores to modern trade formats.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the execution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) such as shelf talkers, wobblers, product displays, and retail signage
- Develop high-quality 2D visual mockups and in-store visualizations for campaign launches and seasonal promotions
- Lead art direction in collaboration with HQ, including input on KV development and model selection for key campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (trade marketing, sales, and brand) to ensure design solutions meet business goals
- Manage the production process from concept to print, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and to spec
- Supervise junior designers or external vendors as needed
- Maintain consistency across all visual merchandising touchpoints while pushing for creativity and innovation
- Stay updated on retail trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in the beauty and FMCG space
Job Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design , particularly in the retail, FMCG, or beauty industryProven track record in designing POSM and in-store marketing visualsA strong portfolio that demonstrates visual storytelling, layout design, and retail design expertiseMastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience working closely with print vendors and understanding production requirementsExcellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skillsStrong English communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholdersTeam management or project leadership experience is a plusSeniority level
