Project Logistic Officer

Head Office - Jakarta

Key Responsibility

  • As a Logistic Operation Project Supervisor, You will report directly to Logistic Assistant Manager
  • Review and verify import / export shipment documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure full compliance with import / export regulations, including HS Code classification, shipment planning, and reporting.
  • Manage CEISA 4.0 system submissions (PIB, PEB).
  • Administer and monitor licenses and permits related to international shipments.
  • Coordinate with Customs authorities, vendors, freight forwarders, and related parties to ensure timely and compliant shipment clearance.
  • Conduct field surveys and supervision to monitor logistics process implementation at seaports, airports, and project sites.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Must possess an active Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan (Indonesian Customs Certification).
  • Strong understanding of shipment coordination at seaports and airports.
  • Willing to travel frequently for field visits and assignments out of town.

    • Experience in :

  • Handling logistics for project cargo, contract-based shipments
  • Managing OOG (Out of Gauge) cargo, special equipment, and multimodal transportation
  • Operations in bonded zones and Customs facilities such asKITE,PLB,etc.
