Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and propose new tooling and automation improvement concepts
• Ensure automation processes run smoothly, meeting quality and efficiency targets
• Prepare and present regular reports to department leaders
• Manage tooling projects, including design, material listing, timeline planning, and execution until mass production
• Implement regulations and systems to ensure compliance and quality
• Drive process and product quality improvements, solving abnormal issues effectively
• Support efficiency initiatives, including reducing internal expenses and improving workflows
• Coordinate tasks across teams, acting as a communication bridge for project completion
• Handle direct cases of abnormal tooling problems in production
• Set up and maintain computer stitching machines and all tooling required to support the production line
• Ensure employee welfare and workplace safety within the department
