Overview
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in interior sales (interior / furniture, kitchen appliances and cabinet, building material) is a plus. Well groomed and professional with good manners, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities. Highly motivated and target oriented. Willing to work on national holidays / with shift hours. Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target set by the management
- Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up customers by telephone, chat and email
- Prepare and submit the daily, weekly or monthly report
- Handle customer requests, complaints and questions about products
