Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer in Jakarta to support our growth by aligning customer challenges with our powerful product offerings and delivering expert guidance throughout the sales cycle. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in-office as a baseline. During key project phases—such as client demos, product workshops, or internal collaboration sprints—more in-person time may be expected.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and craft tailored technical solutions using our superapp and BPM platforms.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Translate business problems into solution architectures, integrations, and implementation plans.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales conversations, proof-of-concepts, and early adoption.

Provide feedback to product teams based on customer requirements and real-world use cases.

Create and maintain solution documentation, technical proposals, and client-specific configurations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

At least 2 years of experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role.

Strong presentation and communication skills; capable of translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences.

Proactive mindset with strong initiative, self-management, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to assess customer environments and propose effective, scalable technical solutions.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-facing settings.

Conversational in English

Nice to Have

Experience with mobile application platforms, low-code / no-code environments, or BPM tools.

Familiarity with enterprise integration standards (e.g., REST APIs, SSO, cloud services).

Prior experience supporting digital transformation or modernization projects
