Work you’ll do

As a part of Strategy, Risk and Transaction (SR&T) - Valuation & Modelling team, candidate will be responsible for :

• Work together with other team members and engagement managers in performing business / share valuation for potential buy-side and sell-side M&A and financial reporting purpose
• Assist with researching various technical and industry specific issues
• Perform market and industry analysis
• Perform financial analysis
• Assist in valuation report preparation
• Assist engagement manager in key finding / reporting presentation to client
• Participate in the development of proposal and client presentation
