Min Diploma / A lvl and above

Willingness to learn new system and able to pick up new things quick

Has an interest in the hospitality and tourism industry

Guest Services

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Provide guests with hotel information, room details, and available services.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests  professionally.

Registration

  • Manage room bookings through the Opera Cloud.
  • Verify guest identification, payment methods, and issue room keys.
  • Communication & Coordination

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Communicate guest requests and special arrangements with relevant departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge, maintenance).
  • Provide accurate information about local attractions, transportation, and hotel facilities.
  • Cash & Payment Handling

  • Process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and issue invoices.
  • Administrative & Reporting

  • Update and maintain guest records in the system.
  • Prepare daily front desk reports and shift handovers.
  • Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
