Guest Services
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide guests with hotel information, room details, and available services.
- Address guest inquiries, requests professionally.
Registration
Manage room bookings through the Opera Cloud.Verify guest identification, payment methods, and issue room keys.Communication & Coordination
Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding reservations and guest inquiries.Communicate guest requests and special arrangements with relevant departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge, maintenance).Provide accurate information about local attractions, transportation, and hotel facilities.Cash & Payment Handling
Process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.Maintain accurate billing records and issue invoices.Administrative & Reporting
Update and maintain guest records in the system.Prepare daily front desk reports and shift handovers.Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
