The Role

We're seeking an AI Engineer to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives. As our sole AI specialist, you'll architect and implement intelligent systems that power AI interviews, candidate matching, and recruitment automation using frameworks like Microsoft Semantic Kernel.

Key Responsibilities

Design AI systems for candidate evaluation and interview automation

Build API integrations with LLM providers, focusing on speed and efficiency

Fine-tune models for recruitment use cases rather than building from scratch

Create data models for multi-tenancy SaaS workflows

Work with NoSQL and vector databases

Implement reliable processing with proper error handling

Essential Requirements

Strong Python development skills (4+ years experience)

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Microsoft Semantic Kernel preferred, OpenAI Agent SDK, or AutoGen)

API design and development expertise

NoSQL and vector database experience

Asynchronous programming skills

Azure experience or ready to learn (Functions App, Logic App, Service Bus, Event Grid)

Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

C# knowledge
