As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English will enhance the experience for our Mandarin-speaking clientele, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities :
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Manage reservations via online platforms and phone inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions.
Requirements
Having 2-3 years of experience in a similar roleAbility to compute accurate mathematical calculations.Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests / visitors, management, and co-workers to their understanding, both in person and by telephone (Mandarin Speaker will be an advantage)Ability to provide legible communication and directions.Previous cashiering experience.Knowledge of computers. PMS OperaStrong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
