Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitary ware brand , supplying premium bathroom products across Bali and Indonesia. We collaborate with leading architects, developers, and interior designers to provide high-quality, sustainable bathroom solutions that blend aesthetics and function.

We are now looking for an Operations & Service Manager — a hands‑on, highly organized individual who can take ownership of everything that happens after a sale is confirmed, ensuring each order flows smoothly from production to installation and after‑sales support.

Tasks

About the Role

You’ll be the operational backbone of Ahti , managing the full journey from order to installation.

This includes :

• Overseeing our warehouse and logistics staff
• Managing deliveries and installations staff
• Handling customer service and technical support staff
• Closing the feedback loop with our quality team in our factories

This is a key leadership role for someone who loves structure, problem‑solving, and improving systems — someone who wants to make things run like clockwork.
