Job description

Name of position : Sales Executive (hospitality management system)

Working Condition : Hybrid ( 3 days WFO, 2 Days WFH)

Work Hour : Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00 WIB

Location : Cipete, South Jakarta

Summary :

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and sell Hotel Management System

solutions. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities

within the hospitality industry, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering IT

solutions tailored to hotel and hospitality operational needs. This role requires a deep

understanding of IT products, preferably with experience in hospitality technology

solutions, to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential clients in the hospitality industry and promote Hotel Management

System solutions.

  • Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and translate technology into
  • solutions that meet their operational and business objectives.

  • Maintain existing customer relationships while developing new business
  • opportunities to ensure continuous growth.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide pre-sales consultation.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Represent the company at hospitality-related trade shows, conferences, and
  • networking events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of promised solutions and
  • client satisfaction.

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in sales-related roles.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in selling IT products.
  • Experience in selling hospitality technology solutions is highly preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality workflows is a plus point.
  • Strong network within the hospitality or IT industry will be an advantage.
