Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Farmasi, Apoteker atau sejenis Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Sistem Manajemen Mutu atau QA / QC Memiliki pengalaman sebagai document controller dan internal auditor (poin plus jika memahami ISO 9004) Memahami dan mampu mengimplementasi standar CDAKB, CPAKB, ISO 9001 Detail-oriented dan terbiasa bekerja dengan tingkat prosedural tinggi Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (minimal pasif)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Monitoring dan implementasi prosedur agar berjalan sesuai standar ISO, cdakb dan CPAKB Melakukan audit internal terkait dengan sistem manajemen mutu Berkoordinasi lintas departemen untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi memiliki standar prosedur Membuat dan memperbaharui seluruh dokumen keperluan ISO / CDAKB / CPAKB Menyusun sistem arsip yang efisien Menjalin hubungan dengan pihak eksternal terkait sistem manajemen mutu Membuat laporan terkait hasil Audit dan Sasaran Mutu
