Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as a Back End Developer (fresh grads with strong projects welcome). Solid experience with Java & Spring Boot framework. Strong knowledge of REST API, Microservices, and Database (MySQL / PostgreSQL). Understanding of Git / GitLab, CI / CD, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes is a plus). Good problem-solving skills & ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English. Experience in banking / fintech projects. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ). What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java Spring Boot.
- Design and implement APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Front End, QA, and Business Analyst teams throughout the SDLC.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and security best practices.
