Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Elaborate Bid documentation and follow up approval process according to company policy
- Develop and execute productivity initiatives by leveraging cross-functional resources within CS&L and Procurement Teams
- Develop and execute SRM and BCP Plan
Project Management
Lead regional logistics projects and act as procurement focal point of contactManage relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders during the bidActively participate in global / regional initiatives and ensure implementation in regional assignedCompliance, Risk Management, Reporting, and Others
Ensure consistent and clear BID documentation for auditsWork with the Legal department to set up contracts and ensure compliance and standardizationAccountable as owner of the price list for actuals and forecastsFully comply with Mondelēz International Procurement and Code of Conduct PoliciesHolistic Assessment of the Business Risks and develop Mitigation and Business Continuity PlansRequirements
