You’ll guide designers and writers, establish strong systems, and define what success in UX looks like across the company.

Responsibilities

• Define UX Success Criteria : Partner with stakeholders to establish clear measures of UX quality and usability; track and advocate for these standards across product development.
• Design System Stewardship : Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across platforms.
• Voice & Tone Governance : Collaborate with UX writers to define and maintain copy standards that reflect brand personality and support usability.
• Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-disciplinary UX team (designers and writers), providing guidance, feedback, and career development support.
• Collaboration & Influence : Work closely with product and engineering leads to champion user-centered design and align execution with strategy.
• Hands-on Contribution : When needed, contribute directly to design and writing work to model best practices and set quality benchmarks.
