About the role

Join the growing team as Finance Accounting Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Purwakarta West Java, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting records for the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Supervising the accounting team and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Reviewing and approving journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions to maintain the integrity of the company's financial records
Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans, and monitoring actual performance against budgets
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures
Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
Mentoring and developing the skills of the accounting team
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

Qualified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG industry

Strong technical knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, with a good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial reporting tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization
