The Position
As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, your mission is to elevate our IT support and system management to world-class standards. You’ll solve complex technical issues and strategize on IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and optimal performance. Your leadership will build upon our foundations, enhancing our SaaS environment and macOS fleet management for our global team, affectionately known as "Remoters".

The base salary range for this full-time position is USD 37,450 to USD 84,250. Final base pay depends on location, skills, experience, and market conditions. The range may change over time.
