Job description

Job Description : Design, execute, and evaluate employee development programs that support both individual growth and organizational capability.

This role will play a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring our workforce remains skilled, engaged, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities : Plan, design, and implement training and development programs based on organizational needs.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department leaders.

Oversee the end-to-end training process : vendor selection, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, evaluation, and reporting.

Develop and maintain learning paths and competency-based development plans.

Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions using post-training assessments and feedback tools.

Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development progress.

Ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with performance management, career development, and organizational goals.

Supervise and mentor junior staff or training coordinators within the L&D team.

Stay up to date with trends in learning technology, adult learning principles, and best practices in corporate training.

Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning approaches.

Hands-on experience conducting TNA, developing training calendars, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.

Analytical mindset; able to interpret learning data and make informed decisions.
