Machine Learning Engineer (Project Based)

Overview

INDICO is a digital technology subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO serves as a holding company for current and prospective vertical digital portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). The company aims to explore opportunities across multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel’s digital businesses and to leverage Telkomsel’s assets to create innovative, cross-sectoral digital solutions for Indonesia’s digital economy.

INDICO is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team on a project basis. You will design and implement machine learning models that solve real-world problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Conduct experiments to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation.
• Monitor and maintain machine learning systems and pipelines in production.
• Communicate findings and present results to stakeholders.
