Job descriptionMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent; postgraduate degree preferred. Excellent English, both spoken and written. Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding trends. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Willing to be placed in our Head Office, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions :
- Builds, coordinates, and manages the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions for the head office and all hotels.
- Provides General Manager (GM) candidates for all Archipelago hotels.
- Maintains strong relationships between Archipelago and hotel owners.
- Develops strategic hiring plans for all Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions.
- Coordinates and monitors all Talent Acquisition activities at the head office and hotels.
- Maintains and updates the GM talent pipeline.
