Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure smooth integration between business and IT.
- Act as the bridge between users and IT developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead system implementation, UAT (User Acceptance Test), and documentation processes.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvements.
