Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate methodologies and findings. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a multicultural and cross-functional environment. Fluency in both written and spoken English. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and interest in contributing to a fast-paced environment. Passion for creating social impact, particularly in advancing education in Indonesia. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the operations team to gain a deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Partnering with the technology team to understand the database schema and ensure effective data extraction.
- Automating weekly and monthly operational reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Designing and developing dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of customer and teacher behaviors to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Driving projects aimed at improving conversion rates, including analysis of lead-to-purchase funnels and customer demographics.
- Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports and dashboards.
- Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Supporting strategic initiatives by providing data-driven inputs to product, marketing, and operations teams.
