Overview

Hardware Engineer responsible for designing and producing JALA IoT devices, including mainboard, communication system, and power management suitable for harsh environments. Responsible for electronics components management, collaboration with external vendors, and supporting in-house production and validation.

Responsibilities

• Designing the JALA IoT devices, including mainboard, communication system, and power management that are reliable in harsh environments
• Managing electronics components and coordinating production of the JALA device, including collaboration and communication with external vendors
• Assisting with running in-house production
• Designing and producing in-house mechanical components of the JALA device such as enclosure / casing and electronics jigs from design to prototyping and production
• Designing and producing prototypes of the JALA device for validation and testing
• Producing technical documentation for electronics components (PCB design : schematic, board layout, Gerber files for production, design / analysis and reviews, assembly procedure / manual, and design for manufacturability)
