General Responsibilities : 1. Ensure smooth production process in Kernel Crushing Plant. 2. Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance on schedule. 3. Ensure availability of spare parts in the plant. 4. Give verbal and written warnings and guide, modify and discipline subordinates. 5. Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the work site and the surrounding environment (including early management of process waste). 6. Conduct safety regulations in accordance with applicable policies. 7. Report problems that occur, related to the Food Safety Management System (if any) to QM Head. 8. Carry out other work in connection with his work as instructed by his superiors.
