RISE Indonesia is an innovative English learning center designed for young learners aged 2 to 10+ years old. RISE Indonesia is a form of cooperation between BINA NUSANTARA (BINUS) and RISE Global, which have combined 50 years of experience in education field. Responsibilities

• Provide information related to products and services to parents and students (customers).
• Identify customer needs or problems and provide possible solutions.
• Ensure customer service excellence to maintain retention.
• Organize and conduct offline / online promotion activities (events, open house, etc.).
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with parents and students (customers).
• Conduct administrative activities.
• Contribute to strategy and campaign ideas and execution.
