Responsibilities

Menangani permasalahan teknis kendaraan dan keluhan pelanggan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh bengkel.
Mendukung proses klaim garansi, pengadaan alat kerja, dan pembangunan fasilitas bengkel baru.
Mengembangkan dan melakukan standarisasi alat bengkel sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Requirements

S1 Jurusan Tenik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, dan jurusan lainnya yang relevan.

Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang sistem otomotif dan operasi bengkel.

Familiar dengan alat service, perlengkapan, dan prosedur klaim garansi akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
