Overview
The CRM Account Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring seamless use of the CRM system, and executing data-driven campaigns to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role bridges client needs with business strategies, while driving measurable results through effective account and CRM management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, etc.) to drive customer engagement.
- Segment customer data to deliver personalized communications and offers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening client relationships.
- Stay updated on CRM tools, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Experience in CRM, account management, or digital marketing.Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Seniority level
